AMVIC Certified Genuss Auto offered Plasti-dip, Window Tinting, and Vinyl Wrap services for automotive customers. My role as founder was to establish the foundation for this company's future and grow the brand.
As the founding director my responsibilities included bootstrapping company operations and establishing brand and procedures within the automotive specialty service industry. Utilized creative marketing and local networking to drive service sales. Major responsibilities included: Accounting and capital expenditure allocation for equipment. Developed quarterly financial statements for planning and analyzing company progress. Website Design and development utilizing pre-made front-end design applications. Reported on website behavior and managed UI/UX to increase web-conversations. Managing SEM and SMM ad campaigns on search and social platforms targeted for brand exposure and service sales online. Social Media account management on Facebook/Instagram, and YouTube to grow exposure and reputation within the local car enthusiast community utilizing posts, stories, and reels/shorts.
