Social Media Marketing utilities social platforms which among others includes Facebook (Meta), Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube to reach broader audiences and promote products or services. Common methods include Pay Per Click (PPC) Ads which can be served on social media platforms and specifically targeted by user interests and search patterns to drive website traffic. My experience with Search Engine Marketing began in 2017 while founding Genuss Auto Inc. PPC ad campaigns served as a fast method to take my business off the ground and generate website traffic and leads for my services. I have since continued to develop my skills in Social Media Marketing skills and experience over 6 years in the various other roles I have held.

With over $250,000 in Advertising budgets under management on social media platforms, I have a track record of successfully delivering results utilizing social media marketing campaigns. Over the course of 6 years I have been developing skills in my roles as Marketing Manager at Autoplex Alberta and Finance and Lease Auto, as Marketing Consultant at Tulu Canada, and with various client accounts in my role at WillowStone Marketing Inc. I have utilized Facebook Business console, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Adwords for serving ads on Youtube, and I am experienced with an array of platforms and able to deliver highly creative ads to new audiences.

SPLIT-TESTING

Budget optimization in any Ad campaign is greatly aided by the utilization of split-testing. This involves the process of developing 2 or more ad creatives and serving them to an audience group during a specific and supervised term, then reporting on results to aid decision-making for future and larger-budget ad campaigns. I currently utilized split testing in all ad campaigns currently under management and will continue to utilize the process with any ads under my management. This is done in order to set the ad up for success and protect client budgets.

RETARGETING

The use of social media platforms provides further benefits for its uses in audience building and retargeting. User data and tendencies help to serve tailored ads for specific user groups. Through my marketing experience, I have become excellent with developing audience groups, utilizing google AdWords for service on YouTube and Pixel by Facebook and then utilizing re-targeting ad campaigns to pinpoint ads to specific users for increased conversion.
