Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the process of developing a website with search-engine specific attributes in mind that will increase the organic listing. The ultimate goal of SEO is to achieve a first position ranking for high quality specific keywords in order to drive high volume and high quality traffic directly off a search engine without paid ads. My expertise in SEO is greatly facilitated by my experience with WillowStone Marketing Inc. where over the course of a few years I have worked hands-on with multiple companies to build their SEO strategy and achieve results.

My entrepreneurial experience provided the foundation for and greatly supported the development of my SEO skills, as I have utilized them since 2019 to increase the digital exposure of many of the companies and brands I worked with. Over the years I have had consistent practice with SEO, and in order to ensure I am always using the most up-to-date processes and strategy I consistently work afterhours to expanded my knowledge and implementation. Achieving this is done through data-driven decision-making, split-testing results and reading about other industry leaders. I have continuously maintained an SEO-conscious mindset regardless of website stage by utilizing a mobile-first development process, avoiding high-workload arrays and images, utilizing proper tags and text hierarchy. I believe keywords, relatable content backlinks supporting those keywords are at the forefront of the best SEO strategy, therefore I continuously work with companies and clients to develop content and build relationships with key stakeholders and partners. My creative and adaptive mindset is an asset the has allowed me to excel at working with diverse companies, ranging from automotive to healthcare.

I have worked with Autoplex Alberta for 1 year on an SEO strategy that allows them to top-rank for high value keywords in the competitive auto sales market. Our strategy included a mobile-first website development created under SEO-conscious processes, content creation, image compression, and backlinks. To-date I have helped Autoplex Alberta rank for over 1000 high-value keywords and see average rank movement of 50.5% (up 48 sports from 93) to a rank of 45 on Google search engines. Autoplex Alberta has now received over 3,000 organic clicks.

Along with building my knowledge and skills regarding SEO development, I worked along various software's to work along enhancing SEO performance. Becoming familiar with these ranging programs helped to develop my knowledge in SEO.
